Ordering terms and conditions

An advance reservation is valid for one week from the reservation date. If no confirmation is received about the advance reservation during the said time, the reservation will expire. We ask you to confirm or cancel in writing, for example by e-mail. We will collect a reservation fee of 300 € for a confirmed wedding reservation, which will be reimbursed from the invoice total.

Defining the gathering on Wednesday of the week before the gathering date

We ask you to provide a detailed programme that manifests:

- timetable and meal times;
- special diets;
- confirmed number of participants (amount of children, ages under 4y / under 12y);
- host of the gathering and his/her contact information;
- any eventual particular desires;
- invoicing instructions with references.
A confirmed order’s final number of participants (= +/- 10 % of the confirmed number) must be announced three workdays before the event.

Invoicing

We will invoice according to the number of participants stated in the order confirmation or, if the number of people increases after that, according to the number of participants that were present. We will charge for drinks according to their consumption.

The Conference Package’s minimum charge is for 10 people.

We will invoice all the programme services three workdays before the said event according to the stated number of participants (or according to the minimum charged number of participants or number of participants that were present).

Order cancellation

Cancellation can be made without separate cancellation charges, however on the following terms:
 - 25 % of the reservation 30 days before the event
 - 50 % of the reservation 21 days before the event
 - 100 % of the reservation 12 days before the event

If an event is cancelled later, we can charge 50 - 100 % of the event’s value.

Note! Wedding reservation charges will not be returned in case of cancellation.

Meals for children

Eating from a buffet
- under 4 years: without charge
- under 12 years: at a half price

In addition, we can prepare child servings for children under 12 years.

Special arrangements

If special permits, other than the agreed programme, an orchestra or uncommon technical equipment are required for the event, the client will be liable for the costs arising from these.
